Cat Chat

For all who love our furry, scaly, slimy and feathery friends because where would we be without them?

Cat Chat

For all your pussy needs. Talk about cats, share stories about them, post pictures. This is going to be the purrrfect feline thread. :hahano:

Did anyone see the Joanna Lumley programme Catwoman that was on a couple of weeks ago? It was good.

I caught bits of it, didn't she say that all cats have that 'M' on their forehead and it's allegedly where the prophet Mohammad wrote his initials?

I'm still depressed that no one seemed startled by my revelation that multi-coloured cats are actually two different cats that merged in the womb when they were mere eggs. For me, it's a shocking revelation that, when you see a multi-coloured cat, you're actually looking at the world's most extreme form of Siamese twins.

Wendi, I found your revelation both shocking and interesting. I just didn't know how to put it into words a couple of days ago, and in fact still don't.

I don't think I've heard that about Mohammed before but I did know that proper tabby cats should have an 'M' upon their heads.

^^

They're lovely - such a nice pattern on those. Very expensive though so I'll stick to my £20 RSPCA rescue cats. :D

Attention all cats. The tray underneath my water barrel is to catch drips. It is not a free drinking trough for cats. Kindly desist from drinking out of it and then looking at me sarcastically when I bang on the window.
Even me?

I can think of worse things to complain about that cats may do in one's garden. :|

Going to take her back this week, it looks like she's got a claw growing in the wrong direction. I'm just praying they don't have to operate as that= mucho deniro :bawl:

Got the moggie seen today by a different vet she's got an abscess behind one claw, it must be agony for her to walk on. The offending claw has now been removed and got another dose of painkillers and antibiotics, the limping in her back legs are either over compensating for the front one or most likely arthritis creeping in, we'll know when her front paw has healed :ohno:

Really annoyed the first vet didn't see this, he gave her a thorough examination and heard her screech every time he touched that area, the woman today was quite stunned he missed/ignored such a basic problem. :sly:

I get the cats from 2 doors down using my back garden as a toilet, especially when I've done some digging :box: Can't really complain though mine uses the front garden of the guy 2 doors up

Cat got worse over the weekend and lost loads of weight, she's being put to sleep now at the vets, got my sis to take her, I couldn't face it even though it's best not to let her suffer :bawl:
