So guess what just happened.

Last week I went to buy my usual ticket online, however I wasn't allowed to as the lotto website said it would take me over my $60 calendar monthly spend limit. (NZ$60 = That's about 3p in Royaume-Uni Livres).

"That's annoying," I thought "but no bother, it obviously wasn't meant to be. Perhaps I'll just buy a ticket from the shop."

Anyhow, I've just logged onto the lotteries website to buy this weeks ticket- and bite my undies have discovered that 3 of my numbers and the supplementary came up on last weeks draw. The ticket that I wasn't allowed to buy, would have won me NZ$67 (about 34 pounds).

And what makes it worse I physically bought two tickets from the shop instead of my usual one- and NEITHER of them won!

Is there someone in officialdom I can complain too?

I won $12 on the last draw!!!!

However, I was ever so close to getting two extra numbers. For instance I picked 7 and 12 when the numbers 8 and 13 came up.

If I'd've had 8 and 13 i'd've ended winning a lot more. Twelvty thousand or million or something like that.

Last week I saw two xmas snowglobes in Debenhams. I want them. But not for that price - 33 euro each !!
even your Queen Liz would be all like ''How much ?!??''

:dontpanic:

And this week, I won 90 euro on the lottery. That's splurge money. Treat myself to something silly money.

SNOWGLOBES ! One has a silver deer inside, and is musical. The other is the exact same size, has Santa inside but is not musical, yet is still the same price. :colbert:

I went there today. I went to Debenhams. They still had them. Woohoo !
Strangely, I noticed that they don't come in boxes (you think they would for that price !) So , I figure I don't wanna risk breaking them in shopping bags, while dancing with a shopping trolley as I jive 'round tesco. No, I'd get them last thing, just before I go home.
And I forgot all about it, 'til just now.

My sources in Edinburgh (and Fangirl) have told me the lottery has to be won tonight with a prize pool of £50 million plus. My Scotsfriend's spent double his usual amount on extra chances.

It peaked my interest enough to make me have a look at the website with a mind to buy a ticket or 18 myself. Not possible, you have to be physically located the UK to buy.

Never mind, our local one is a somewhat less mindboggling 7million Newzealandland dollars. That is deffo enough to buy two adjoining houses in Norwich.

A ticket for the main lottery next time there's a triple rollover, and another Thunderball ticket next time there isn't.

T'other week, I was given some scratch cards by my Ma, and by my Aunt. :hothothot:
I never buy them for myself and when I receive them, I usually win €2 or a free scratchcard (if anything at all). :clam:
This time I won €35 on my Aunts card, and €40 on Moms card. :discoduck:

And on the National lottery this week, I got 4 numbers out of 6. which gives me €38. :box:

Think of all the second hand CD's I could buy ! :tyty:
