OK, I've made my first ever YPs.

A qualified success.

I was winging it at the end.

They were nice and crispy up top but there was a little too much slightly uncooked batter at t'bottom o'treh. :sadyes:

Still, I've eaten the two I served up t'me sen because, 'appens, I durnt like waste.
